The BEAR MEDICAL Foundation, based in Wrocław, was established in January 2018.

Our Foundation’s goal is to support scientific development and medical education of doctors also by gaining new professional experience. An important aspect is also the promotion of the Polish medical community abroad and the popularization of the global achievements of medical science in Poland.

Interventional radiology is currently a branch of medicine that requires specially trained radiologists who are experienced both in the interpretation of diagnostic images and in the conduct of minimally invasive surgical procedures under the control of the radiological image.

Interventional radiology plays an important role in neurosurgery where it enables precise localization and treatment of diseases of the nervous system. It allows you to perform neurosurgical procedures, such as embolization of cerebral vessels or thrombolysis.
